The spacious 3,000 square foot heated and cooled living area also boasts over 1,100 square feet of outside beach viewing porches and decks. The first floor consist of the first of two kitchens, a family room with eating area, 3 bedrooms (1. master bedroom with king, 2. queen and daybed with trundle, 3. bunk bed and daybed with trundle), along with 2.5 baths, and a private outdoor shower. Two of the bedrooms overlook the gulf and open to a full width screened porch with rocking chairs and ping-pong table. The second floor, the main living area with Brazilian cherry floors and white-washed cathedral ceiling, exhibits an expansive great room which includes a spacious kitchen, family dining, and living room. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large central island with seating for five. The family dining room seats ten guests. The living room has an oversized bay window with a custom couch and chairs. Off the great room is another half bath with terracotta sink. The second floor master bedroom has a king bed and sitting area. The master bathroom has separate his and her vanities, an enclosed toilet area, an inside shower, and a private outside shower overlooking the gulf. The second floor also has a cathedral porch with outside viewing dining. The third floor includes the fifth bedroom with a day bed and trundle and a full bath. There is a majestic outside viewing and sunning deck too. This unique beach escape has been enjoyed by our family and friends.
