Our property is a 1300 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, gulf view unit located in the Palm Beach Club condominium building on Santa Rosa Island, Florida. This is a split level unit with the living, dining, kitchen areas on the top level and bedrooms, bathrooms on the bottom. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The living room includes a fireplace, sofa with a pull out queen sized mattress, a beautiful view of the gulf, and balcony. The vaulted ceilings and huge windows give an open feel that is hard to find in a condo. The dining area overlooks the gulf. The guest bedroom has a full size bed, twin sized futon sleeper, and private bathroom. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, shower/jacuzzi tub, and private balcony overlooking the gulf. It's a quick 3 minute walk to the gulf, or enjoy the calmer waters of the private beach on the bay. The complex has a large pool and deck area overlooking the bay. As the last complex on the island before reaching historic Fort Pickens, the area is quiet and family oriented. But its a short walk or quick trolley ride to the nightlife of the Portofino boardwalk and casino beach. This property is a great place for young professionals looking to relax and unwind, snowbirds looking to thaw and recharge, and for families wanting to create lifetime memories. What is there to do on Pensacola beach? â¢ you will find one of the most beautiful beaches in the world by accessing Gulf Island National Seashore, to the immediate west of the condo, where blue skies, emerald green water, and swaying sea oats provide the perfect backdrop for your vacation. Excellent for biking or kayaking. There is an artificial reef just west of the private bay beach which is perfect for snorkeling. â¢ the Pensacola beach pier is one of the longest in the Gulf of Mexico at 1/4 of a mile.
