The master bath has double sinks, jetted tub with separate shower. The 2nd bedroom has a full bed and daybed. Widescreen TV with cable in Living area. From the screened balcony you enjoy wonderful views of the wetland preserves and the beautiful sunsets. Secure underground parking. The Oceanwalk Resort has a gated entrance, professionally landscaped grounds, two lighted tennis courts,two shuffleboard courts,lighted basketball hoop, bocce court, 2 heated pools, 2 heated poolside whirlpool spas, covered patio area surrounding pool with BBQ area and firepit. Two Beautiful Rec Centers include a social area, kitchen, restrooms, fitness facilities, and a dry sauna. WIFI access at pool and Rec centers. The South Rec center even has a computer for guest usage. A movie viewing theater is available. The boardwalk on the property winds through a nature preserve providing an ample opportunity for wildlife viewing, bird watching and fishing. Oceanwalk is located across street from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, 15 miles south of Daytona Beach, and 55 miles northeast of Orlando. It is a ninety minute drive to Disney World and other Central Florida attractions. Canaveral National Seashore is five minutes down the beach. Oceanwalk is located in a 'No Driving on the Beach' area and is a short walk to the beach via access walkway. New Smyrna Beach Rental Activities (on site or nearby): Hiking, Biking, Tennis, Basketball, Fitness Center, Gym, Shuffleboard, Amusement Parks, Fishing, Wildlife Viewing, Shopping, Restaurants, Cinemas, Swimming, Snorkeling/Diving, Boating,Kayaking, Sailing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Shelling Guests must pay a $20.00 one time fee to check-out equipment from the office. The only exception to this is the Bocce Balls and shuffleboard equipment (sticks & disks) which are purchased and maintained thru the Master Association and any owner or guest may use these without a fee. These items are available for daily use only on a first come first serve basis and should not be kept for more than 24 hours.
