Located at 614 Sea Lane, just a quick walk to the BEACH. It is located within walking distance of Windansea Beach, a natural Water Park! This newly remodeled and decorated home with enclosed yard is ideal for romantic getaways, vacations with the family and/or quiet intimate staycations (very quiet neighborhood). Our cozy Cottage is completely furnished with all of the amenities perfect for a southern California beach vacation. The kitchen is equipped and stocked with most of the tools and gadgets for the Top Chef in your party. Rest assured you will sleep comfortably on either our queen sized bed, (3) twin beds or fold-out futon. Enjoy your favorite premium channels in HD (U300 package from Uverse http://www.att.com/u-verse/shop/channel-lineup.jsp zip is 92037) while you're away on any of the 2 large flat screen TVs, or keep the kids busy while you unwind with a movie (new Bluetooth DVD player/theater system and DVD library). Take comfort in knowing you're never too far away from family, friends or the office with our 24Mbs download speed wireless internet. Our Sea Lane beach cottage includes a spacious patio with new furniture for you to enjoy that hot cup of coffee on while you soak up the beautiful San Diego sun. Let's not forget it includes seating for six! Outdoor dining is a must due while staying in San Diego. A brand new gas BBQ with all the tools necessary (and a backup propane tank!) for cookouts as well. Linens, towels, various supplies for your convenience. A brand new washer and dryer set ensure that the transition from vacation back to the real world feels that much easier! Pacifica Vacation Rentals is happy to provide a booster seat and a pack n play for your little one, and there is a high chair on premises. There is a single car garage attached to the home (with driveway) for your use, allowing you to just pull up and begin your vacation! Pacifica Vacation Rentals wants to provide those little things that just make being away from home that much easier. The home is conveniently located . It's in walking distance to many restaurants, bars and nightlife, convenience stores and boutique shopping.
