A Bit of Paradise is a newly renovated beach front home grandfathered to be extra close to the shore line giving you amazing views up and down the beautiful sandy beaches of St George Island. It looks, feels and sounds like you are actually sitting on the beach as the waves crash to shore. A Bit of Paradise is in Turtle Beach Village, among the nicest homes in the exclusive Plantation. It is a short five minute walk to the club house where guests have access to the fitness center, swimming pool, and tennis courts. The Plantation's private airstrip (F47) is only one mile from the house. No detail has been overlooked during the 2014 renovation: All new bathrooms, kitchen, furnishings, floors, walls, and ceilings. The first floor features three bedrooms, two full size bathrooms, and a laundry closet. Two bedrooms are beachfront with king beds and sliders to the deck. The third bedroom sleeps three on twin bunks and a trundle. The top level is open space with wood clad vaulted ceilings and awesome beach views. The kitchen area includes new cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and everything a chef needs. The dining area comfortably seats eight and the island seats four more. The cozy living room has a queen sleeper sofa and is the perfect spot to watch dolphins and pelicans play in the surf. Be among the first to vacation in this newly renovated bit of paradise.
