Description

This is a sunny, cheery, comfortable, smoke free, pet free, 3 bedroom, 2 bath house, handicapped accessible, on 1/4 acre lot in a quiet neighborhood. It includes everything you will need to stay in Vero Beach. Central air and heat, washer & dryer, cable TV, phone, Internet DSL and wireless, water, trash pickup and lawn care are all provided. Ceiling fans are located in all rooms. Third bedroom (studio) is lined with bookshelves full of books. House was completely redecorated including new appliances in 2005. All linens, cookware, and dishes are provided. This is not a gated community. Boats and pickups may be parked in your driveway. Retirees and working families live in 1800 homes in this subdivision. The house is located about 4 blocks from the clubhouse and swimming pools. There are tennis courts, a raquetball court, and a half-mile walking trail on the clubhouse grounds. The clubhouse has new exercise equipment, ping pong, and darts. No smoking, incense or pets.: The owner is allergic to smoke and many scents. No smokers allowed. Many smokers don't realize the smoke in their clothes stays in the house. No pets allowed. We try our best to keep this house allergen free and odor free. We have equipment for the handicapped available. A standard crb with linens, a small crib with linens, and a high chair are available. These need to be requested when completing the rental agreement.
