This beach house is great for younger families and those young at heart. We love our quirky beach house so much we wanted to share it with others wanting to experience beach life. The unit is exactly as described and pictured, no more, no less. We strive to give a guest a comfortable, clean place to stay while promising a great value. If you have ANY special needs please state that in the inquiry and we will let you know right from the beginning if we can accommodate that requirement. The apartment (unit sleeps 6) is atop the 3rd floor of this large house in central Madeira Beach, you'll find privacy and a quiet place to relax without all the hustle and bustle of the condo scene. The beach is just a moment away, and you're 2.5 blocks of John's Pass Village, with all it's shops, restaurants and activities. The large shaded rooftop wooden deck offers a spacious area to bask in the sun, dine, watch the stars, or get a lovely view of the Gulf. The apartment has been renovated with new flooring, furnishings and appliances, and comes complete with all linens, towels, and kitchenware. The full kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster and coffee maker. There is a full size washer and dryer inside, cable TV, free high speed WiFi internet service, and even beach chairs and toys for your use. The master bedroom features a new comfortable King size bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom has it's own TV, and plenty of storage space. In the living room, there's a queen size futon sofa bed for any extra guests. There a full bath with tub and shower, and is stocked up with plenty of large fresh towels. The apartment has an inside dining area setup for four, and an outside dining area on the deck with gas grill. On the ground floor, there is a warm whirlpool spa for you to relax, a charcoal BBQ for your use, and plenty of covered parking available.
