Description
Close to both the Pacific Ocean (3 blocks) and the Redondo and Hermosa Piers, you can't go wrong! You'll love the selection of restaurants, shops, bars, and scenery within walking distance to this newly remodeled apartment!! Sunlit, modern, and spacious apartment in an awesome location! I've put a lot of time, effort and $$ into decorating this place and I hope you like it! The unit itself is quite old, so my new, modern furniture and kitchenware really brings it to life. Everyone who visits comments that it's warm and homey. There are a ton of windows so there is great natural light in the living room. The bedroom has blackout blinds so the room is always cool and dark - ideal for a good night of sleep after a long day of surfing, biking, swimming, etc! The apartment has high-speed, secure wireless internet, cable, an LED 60' flat screen TV, all the kitchenware you would need (pots, pans, utensils, dishes, silverware, wine aerator, and panini maker)! There's also a stove and refrigerator as if you'd like to prepare your own meals. Please make yourself at home. Redondo is a great beach city and has much to offer - you're walking distance to the beach, the Pier (loaded with food, shopping, nightlife, and entertainment). You're also close to the Hermosa Pier (a 25-30 minute walk or short bike ride) and a quick cab to the Manhattan Pier. It's the ultimate vacation destination! From your new home away from home, you can pretty much walk everywhere in town. Street parking is plentiful and FREE. Public Transit: there is a bus system in the area and the metro stop is only just a few miles away. If you're looking to hit up other beach towns, I suggest bringing or renting a bike. You can bike down to Hermosa Beach (2.4 miles) or up to Manhattan Beach (4.7 miles), El Segundo (~7 miles), Marina Del Rey, Venice, Santa Monica (15 miles), etc. PLEASE NOTE - VERY IMPORTANT: I have two house cats who live at the property. They will stay at the property while I am home and/or gone. If this will be an issue, we can try to work around it, but please acknowledge this in your inquiry to me. Also, please specify if you need the whole unit, as I travel often but sometimes live out of one of the bedrooms.
