Family Vacation ~ Girls Week ~ Guys Golf ~ Couples Retreat ~ Romantic Getaway ~ Event Fun! Hello and welcome to our home! Just a note before we get started... This is our private residence that we rent while we are traveling; therefore, we may have personal items in the drawers, closets, pantry etc. :-) We can certainly make arrangements for these areas to be cleared out depending on your length of stay and specific needs. Our home is simple yet very clean, comfortable and inviting. It is located on a corner lot, within walking distance to Old Town La Quinta where you will find fine dining restaurants, boutiques, wine bars, coffee shops, hair/nail salons, and the farmers market on Sundays. Also within walking distance is the grocery store, liquor store, post office, gym, park, skate park, public pool, library, fast food restaurants, etc. The home is situated on a double lot with an enormous, open, and private backyard. Both the casita and main home have French doors that open to the backyard, bringing in that morning fresh air and warm glowing sunshine. It consists of a lawn area, sandy beach, flagstone patio, outdoor furnishings, barbeque grill, pool and separate hot tub which is for two...unless you want to get cozy! ;-) The casita and main home are separate, joined by the carport/garage, where the laundry facility is located. They are both nicely furnished, share the backyard, the grill, and backyard amenities. Both have WiFi, cable TV and central air. We aim to be extremely accommodating to our guest's needs, so in order to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay, we would like to visit personally with you prior to booking your reservation.
