The complex is surrounded by water and boardwalks.Parking lot convenient assigned close to the front door.The apartment is accessed by a small flight of stairs, it is on the 2nd floor (the complex is no higher) .Fully furnished in a lagoon like setting on fresh water lake excellent for fishing, boating and water ski.You can rent a boat, or bring your own, will provide a slip.It is smoke and pets free. Bedroom has queen size bed. Flat screen Tv, smart Tv, cable, FREE unlimited calls -local and long distance- Canada . FREE WI FI Full payment has to be received one month in advance. Security deposit is USD 300( in order to reserve the unit ). Upon your departure, if the unit is left the same way it was when you arrived, full deposit amount will be reinburs to you few days after you leave. If you golf,or play tennis, enjoy playing across the street at world class Innisbrooke Resort.Lots of other golf courses around, free public tennis courts.Biking is ideal on the trail from Tarpon Springs all the way to St. Petersburg. Wall Spring Park offers a lot to do or just have a bbq enjoing the birds, fishing etc. Chestnut Park and Anderson Parks on 2,534 acre Lake Tarpon are only a few minutes away. Lake Tarpon is one of the top 10 bass lakes in Florida and features lakeside picnic tables and grills, playgrounds and an excellent boat ramps. Golf, bicycle, picnic, shop, dine out, or just relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset over the water. NOTE:Rental *Renters of this home appreciate the 'Smoke Free','No pets' policy WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. We love pets but have learned not to stay in motels, hotels or rental homes where they are allowed.
