This unit has every upgrade you can imagine. The living room has a 55 inch LCD TV to sit back and enjoy. In addition to a cozy sofa, there is a floating bed tucked away in a nook which offers a getaway location to cozy up with a good book in seclusion. The living room also offers a nice bar area for your Cuba Libre (a must have while in Florida). The bathroom has a custom built steam shower laid with marble tile. Very elegant, sleek design. The hot water system is tankless so you can wash away the Florida salt water at your leisure. The bedroom has a king size bed with a comfortable pillow top mattress and plenty of pillows to get a good night sleep. There are blackout shades for when you want to sleep in and a 50 inch tv to watch movies in bed. The kitchen is a thing of beauty. This is a Chef's master piece with everything you need to make a wonderful meal. This contemporary design was professionally completed by Global Design. Kitchen has a microwave/convection oven, zero degree refrigerator/freezer, dish washer, induction cook top, granite counters and top line cutlery. Wash room has the largest washer and dryer on the market (Samsung). The security system features two wide lens external cameras which capture the front door and front parking lot which are viewed from a computer screen located inside the condo. The security system is hard wired on every door and window for your overall security. Storage room is available for your personal bicycles to enjoy on the Pinellas Trail which is accessible through the rear of the community. The Pinellas Trail is no more than a 3 minute bike ride away. Pool is a 30 second walk from the front door. Jolly Trolley stop is located just outside the front entrance and will pick you up every 30 minutes to take you up and down beach. The fishing town of Ozona is just a few minute walk or even shorter bike ride from your front door. Ozona has terrific sunsets as well as some of the areas best restaurants (Ozona Blue), a night club (Ozona Tavern), yoga studio, organic restaurant, antique shops and even a post office. We live local should there be any issues during your stay or if you need some personal attention to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This is our summer retreat and we would like to share it as a winter retreat. Hope you will join us in Florida!!
