This incredibly comfortable plantation Hawaiian home is very welcoming. From the moment you walk in you will be relaxed. Welcome to your three bedroom three bathroom get away. You will find a large master suit with a king size bed. Master includes a flat screen TV and access to your own private patio. The master bathroom is amazing with a large tub and walk in shower with two shower heads, two sinks and large walk in closet. The 'surf room' has two twin size beds, flat screen TV, outside patio access, two closets and a private bathroom. The third bed room has a king size bed, ample closet space, flat screen TV, large plantation windows which open to catch the trade winds and a private bathroom as well. The home comes with a well equipped, fully loaded kitchen: bar seating so family can supervise the cook and a beautiful table which can seat 6-8 people comfortably. Living room is very comfortable with a couch, recliner, and lounge, flat screen TV as well as office chest equipped with computer and wireless internet. Open the sliding glass doors to the Lani and experience inside outside living and feel the trade winds through out the house. On the Lani you will find comfortable lounge chairs, table that seats four, gas BBQ and an outdoor refrigerator. In the evenings enjoy the sunset from your Lani watching the boat masts and the palm trees. Or take a stroll off the Lani onto the grass to the pool and clubhouse. The club house offers towels for your poolside comfort, a work out facility, shaded patio for ocean and pool viewing, outdoor shower to rinse and bathrooms. There is a childrens beach entrance pool separate from the main pool for where you can relax and sit by the water fall. The clubhouse grounds are wonderful. Be sure to take the very short walk to the beach and see the sea turtles sunning themselves. Waikoloa Beach is large bay the locals refer to as 'A' bay, you find the sand here. The bay has great snorkeling, lots of turtles and colorful fish to see. You can catch a glass bottom boat, rent a kayak, paddle a stand up paddle board or paddle an outrigger all right there at the beach hut, rental prices vary. The beach is extremely safe and user friendly. Since it is a bay so there is no waves or currents. In the winter months, November through March one can find surf at the south point of the bay and at the north side. When our family vacations here we find no reason to leave, everything we need is right there. The Kings village and the Queens shops are a quick walk from the home there you will find exceptional shopping from Coach and Macy's, to local Hawaiian art. Island Gourmet market carries all your food needs and has an amazing deli and fresh fish department. There are also food courts, great sushi, Roy's and other local dining spots. On week nights you can find the young local hula dancers preforming with live music so you can add local Hawaiian culture to your trip. Please check out our virtual tour of our home...enjoy!
