THE INSTANT QUOTE DOES NOT COME FROM THE OWNER, SO DO NOT RELY ON IT! *This second floor (20 steps) rental is suitable for 1-4 adults over 35. *This rental is absolutely and completely non-smoking. *We are sorry we cannot meet the needs of children. *Always a 2 night minimum, 3 nights on holidays. *Full weeks take priority in July & August unless there is availability 7-10 days before your arrival. *Add 6.75% State and local tax, and 6% occupancy tax. *NO booking fees. *NO linen or towel fees. This 2 bedroom apartment is in the historic district of North Carolina's third oldest town. This lovely and very private oasis is on the second floor (20 steps) above a retail shop and includes parking. It is a perfect central location for all your activities. The rooftop deck is great for morning coffee, sunbathing, a snooze or evening cocktails. It is literally only steps to the waterfront, ferries, bars, restaurants and shopping. Minutes to the beaches of the Southern Outer Banks, Fort Macon State Park and the North Carolina Aquarium. 50 minutes to Cedar Island where you catch the ferry to Ocracoke Island. Beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler are available for your use. We provide a flea-free, pet-hair free and smoke-free environment for all our guests and employees. Please be aware that policy violations (smoking, pets, extra people, etc.) will result in eviction without refund. De-smoking the curtains, bedding, etc.. will cost you $600 minimally. Thank you!
