Description

This apartment has a large yard and can sleep 2 couples or a small family. It has a lovely bright kitchen and a nice living room. It has newer carpet and paint but it's best amenity is downtown Golden itself with its wild west downtown, breweries, boutiques, festivals and trout stream all right there! Red Rocks concert goers will find this to be a great place to nurse your hangover and for small fee ($40) we will drop you off and pick you up! Nice and cool in the summer and warm in the winter, it has a nice patio area and a huge backyard for your k9 or your miniature humanoids. This is a great base camp for whatever you are planning in the area and its a nice place to relax as well. While it is a basement apartment, it feels a little like a tree house because you are above grade for the property next door and in the trees! This makes for great light on the south side where the main door walks out to the patios and back yard. The den living room is cozy and private and serves a second bedroom. There are books and a stereo and a tv with movies. Bikes and are available to rent too. The apartment is fully furnished and has games and toys and instruments to keep you entertained BUT CURRENTLY NO WIFI OR CABLE BECAUSE IT ROTS YOUR BRAIN!=) It does have a DVD player and a TV from the 20th centuryLOL.
