On the sand in North Laguna with direct beach access to Crescent Bay. English Craftsman main house has 3 bedrooms, 4.5 baths with an additional extra-large & private studio bedroom / bonus room w/ bath on the lowest level with separate entrance. The home has several large view terraces and even a grassy lawn. The house is very private from the street, with only the garage and main house rooftop visible to passers-by. Enter the home through a private courtyard on the Main (top) level where you will find the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Powder Room and Master Suite. There is also a large Upper Terrace on the Main level with several seating areas and a BBQ. The Lower Level consists of 2 Bedrooms with private Baths, a large Family Room w/ access to the Lower Terrace, and a Laundry Room. The Bottom level consists of the Studio Bedroom / Bonus Room with private exterior entrance and grassy lawn just outside. Beach Access is also on this level through a locked steel gate on the property, and there is a 3/4 bath accessed from the exterior of the house for showering-off after the beach. While parking at the beach can be hard to find during the summer months, this home has 1 garage space and 2 side-by-side spaces in the driveway. This home is not available for stays less than 31 nights. We do not have the required city permits necessary to rent for shorter stays.
