Welcome to Beaches, absolutely the best Oceanfront property in Kona where refreshing ocean breezes can be relied upon! With our in town location, you will find yourself minutes from beaches, shopping and the charming center of Kailua Kona. Tumble out of bed and enjoy a morning ocean walk, returning to breakfast on your ocean view lanai. Explore the reefs right in front of the resort. Beautifully renovated with wood floors and Italian floor tile, granite countertops, contemporary art work and fine furnishings, you will find a peaceful and spotlessly clean condo. Designed for comfort, the custom made leather sectional is gracious, allowing room to relax. Second Queen bed in sofa bed also has memory foam mattress. The condo has two flat screen T.V.'s with DVD players, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The bedroom has lovely Balinese furnishings and art work. Both of the queen beds (one in sectional) have a memory foam mattress. Dimmer switches throughout the condo add to the ambiance. You will love the organized kitchen with quality supplies and five appliances including a washer and dryer. There are dining tables both inside and on the spacious lanai. The bathroom was fully renovated in 2013 and now was a waterfall shower head and faucet. Everything is top notch. You will find many complimentary items like an snorkel equipment, boogie boards, beach towels, and detergent. We are located in the sought after building C with close proximity to both the ocean and the pool. Your parking stall is close to the condo entry. The resort has a solar heated pool is light up at night, and decorated with quality brown jordan furnishings. One of the few condo's with a large lanai, our Italian tile extends to the outdoors. Alii Villas, one of the few true oceanfront properties in Kailua Kona, is a popular, well maintained resort located on scenic Alii Drive, with nothing between it and the ocean except palm trees and lush gardens. It is conveniently located within walking distance from the center of town and 11 miles from airport. You will love the beautifully maintained gardens and a new entertainment deck where you have front row seats to watch the whales and spinner dolphins at our oceanfront resort.
