There are also public beaches with volley ball courts a short distance away. Enjoy swimming, sunning, snorkeling, etc. Close to restaurants, shops and bike rentals. There is a marina nearby to rent boats and jet skis. Just a short drive over the causeway to historic downtown Melbourne where there are more shops including antique shops, restaurants and nightlife. Grocery stores and Wal Mart are about a 2 minute drive from the townhouse. There is a mall with Macy's department store about 10 minutes away as well as most large chain shops and restaurants close by. Orlando theme parks including Disney, Epcot, Universal, MGM, Sea World, etc. are about an hour drive. One hour to Orlando International Airport. Sebastian Inlet, famous for surfing is about 15 minutes away. Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral where the cruise ships dock and depart are about a 40 minute drive north. Day and casino cruises available. World famous Ron Jon Surf Shop in Cocoa Beach is about 30 minutes away. Daytona Beach and West Palm Beach are about a 2 hour drive. Ft.
