The unit is well-appointed with full kitchen and dining area adjoining the main living room. The master bedroom has a master bath and a balcony overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom is also upstairs and has a queen bed. The third bedroom is in a quiet bonus room on the lower floor with a bunk bed and queen bed. With a pull out queen sleeper couch also available in the Living Room, this unit can sleep 10!! The garage is spacious and clean - a perfect space for hobbies and additional storage. Each bedroom has a 32' flat-screen TV and ceiling fan. The LR has a huge 50' TV mounted over the fireplace. The unit also has a front-porch looking toward the ocean and in the rear of the unit there is anther balcony off of the main floor. We know your pets are part of your family and we welcome pets 20 lbs or less (2 pet max) with a low $100 add'l pet fee. This unit is equipped with free wireless internet, cable TV and phone.
