Our 1,000+ square foot two bedroom, two bath condominium is located in one of the most desirable areas of Santa Monica, just two blocks and within walking distance of Montana Avenue, an upscale shopping and dining district frequented by celebrities. We are a ten to twenty minute walk to the beach and the Third Street Promenade. The condo features a full kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher and breakfast nook with dining table; living room with large couch, 27 inch television, DVD player, surround sound, and large movie library; two bathrooms - master has a shower and double sink, guest has a bathtub/shower combo; and French doors lead out to the condo's private balcony complete with a custom made built-in barbecue. Plantation shutters are located throughout the condo. The master bedroom features a large California King size bed with luxurious 600+ thread count sheets and down comforter, walk in closet, TV and DVD player, and brand new Berber carpeting. Guest room/office has a large king size bed and a desk with a computer for your use complete with high speed internet. The condo is also fitted with wireless internet throughout. There is a reserved on-site parking space for your use during your stay plus one additional guest spot for the building that is used on a first come/first serve basis.
