This luxurious, beautiful garden retreat is minutes from the Rose Bowl and the Historic Colorado Bridge. Lush landscaping provides serene views from all of the rooms. Skylights create a bright, airy interior in the living room and kitchen. Fireplaces provide an inviting atmosphere in the living room, family room, master bedroom, and outdoor cabana. The family room, which extends beyond the living room and dining area, provides a comfortable setting for watching TV and movies, reading in the window seat, or just hanging out. Original paintings are beautifully displayed throughout the entire home. Upstairs is the expansive master suite with a king bed, cozy fireplace, and a spa like marble bathroom. Downstairs provides another master suite with its own Carrera marble bathroom and queen bed. Two additional bedrooms, (one with a queen the other with two twin beds) and a beautifully designed marble, Waterworks bathroom complete the downstairs sleeping areas. All of the bedrooms are luxurious, serene, and comfortable. The kitchen is a lovely place to cook or relax together with a view (and the sound) of the front fountain and garden flora. It provides microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot and blender (and other appliances) allowing for special meals in this home away from home. The lushly landscaped back yard provides an amazing setting for outdoor living. A gorgeous pool and spa are surrounded by fountains, a courtyard table for alfresco dining, and a charming cabana with fireplace, outdoor couches, and a TV which can be watched from the spa. Each evening or night must include a relaxing soak in the delightful spa (complete with foot jets:) which comfortably seats 8. At nighttime the backyard is magical with many glowing lantern candles throughout the yard and cabana along with garden, pool and cabana lighting. At the guest's request, the pool may be heated to a very comfortable 87 degrees for 4 season, day and nighttime pool enjoyment. We do NOT allow outside guests to come in for dinner PARTIES or EVENTS (e.g., birthdays, graduations, weddings, reunions, memorials, etc.) without explicit permission. PERMISSION MAY POTENTIALLY be obtained from the owners for a small gathering of up to 6 outside guests to visit the home for a meal or get together. IF PERMISSION IS NOT OBTAINED AND OUTSIDE GUESTS 'NOT LISTED' ON THE RENTAL AGREEMENT ARE BROUGHT INTO THE HOME, THE ENTIRE $500.00 deposit WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY FORFEITED.
