The Sunset House is a pet friendly, privately owned beach house located 'directly' on the Gulf of Mexico in Redington Shores, FL. This home is the perfect location for beach gatherings, weddings, reunions, anniversaries or your next family getaway. Relax in the Gulf front heated pool or hot tub while enjoying the spectacular views. The large covered pool deck is perfect for family cookouts or formal catered affairs. This tropically landscaped beach house can easily accommodate up to 13 guests. The main house has four bedrooms and two baths. The large family room has a 60' flat screen TV, DVD and Bose stereo system with surround sound. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need and the office has high-speed internet and a printer. The carriage house has one bedroom and one bath. The living area has a 40' flat screen TV, DVD. There is a fully equipped kitchen and the deck has a Gulf view. The two-car garage and extra parking area can accommodate up to nine vehicles. There's also a gas grill for your convenience. Stunning sunsets and walks on the beach ensure a wonderful vacation and memories of a lifetime! Just down the beach (.83 mi South) is the 900 ft Redington Long Pier with great fishing and awesome Gulf views. And just across the street is Constitution Park with a basketball court, huge jungle gym, volleyball net and picnic pavilion. Also, don't miss John's Pass Village shopping area on Madeira Beach, (4.71 mi South) a great tourist destination with several souvenir shops, small boutique shops, fishing charter boats, and great seafood restaurants such as The Friendly Fisherman. Also, there are many fantastic dining opportunities close by including: Breakfast, The Frog Pond (1.4 mi South) and Sweet Sage (1.52 mi South). For lunch or dinner try The Salt Rock Grill, $$ (1.15 mi. North) reservations recommended. Or try Guppy's Restaurant (4.79 mi. North) or Keegan's Seafood Grill (4.70 mi. North) and don't forget Beach Pizza & Wings just across the street, (they deliver!) Also, there's a fresh seafood market and wine shop called The Reef featuring fresh fish, lobster, scallops & shrimp (0.57 mi. South) with the best fish spread anywhere! Redington Shores is quaint beach community located just 10 miles from Clearwater and St. Pete beach. The area has many activities and attractions for all ages including the Tampa Aquarium. There are also professional sports teams including the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Rays and Lightning. Tampa International Airport (TPA) is just 24 miles away and there's also the St Petersburg / Clearwater regional airport (PIE) just 14.35 miles away.
