Relax and rejuvenate in the tranquility of our home in Keauhou Resort. Located just south of Kailua-Kona, this unique townhouse community is nestled in a five acre tropical garden. This townhouse unit has an ocean view from both lanais. Enjoy watching the whales with your morning cup of coffee. Later in the evening, wind down watching for the 'green flash' at sunset. The one bedroom/one bath unit has been remodeled from top to bottom. The living room furniture was recently updated. The sofa has a queen sleeper, which will accommodate 2 additional guests. The kitchen has been updated with Corian counters and all new appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher and side by side refrigerator. Cooking utensils are provided for those to want to enjoy 'eating in'. The living area is located on the upper floor of this townhouse unit. There is a TV/DVD available for your enjoyment along with a CD player. The lanai on this level was expanded and refurbished in 9/09. It has a table, chairs and umbrella. An electric BBQ grill is also on the lanai. The dining area features a table with seating for four. The bedroom and bath are located on the lower floor. The bedroom features a king size bed. A screened lanai is off the bedroom with a small table and chairs for your use. A full bath with laundry facilities, is located on the lower level. There are two swimming pools located on the property. Relax with a good book while sitting in the shade at the covered tables or soak up the sun while lying on the chaise. Deposit: A 3-night deposit is due within 1 week of making the reservation. Full payment is due 30-days prior to arrival for low season, and 60-days prior for high season. Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation after a deposit is received, the reservation is subject to a $100 cancel fee. Within 30 days of the time of arrival or after occupancy, no refunds will be given unless the property can be re-rented. During High Season, cancellations must be received 60 days in advance. No shows will receive no refund. Our unit is professionally managed by a fantastic group! They have been in business for over 34 years and are available 24/7 to assist you with any problems that may arise. They can also assist you in finding airfare, car rentals and any activities you wish to do while on island.
