Just steps to the beach, our House of the Waves (Casa de las Olas) is an ideal spot for families to kick back and relax from lifes hectic pace. Located on the back portion of the lot, Casa de las Olas is an original beach house, light and bright, filled with character and charm. Approximately 1300 sf.. A totally enclosed yard makes it suitable for families with children. A front patio with a covered deck is perfect for dining al fresco and a back patio provides more space and the ability to open up the entire home to light and ocean air. The Casa has a full sized, fully stocked open kitchen with eat at bar. The master bedroom is large and has it's own bathroom ,with comfy tub, and laundry. One small bedroom has a queen size bed, and an open type bedroom has two twin beds. These rooms have another full bathroom with bathtub. This configuration makes the house most suitable for families....more than 4 adults doesn't work so well. Beach chairs, ice chest, sand toys, umbrellas and beach towels are provided. Rates are listed below Please note that the reviews for this property are unsolicited. Our beach cottage is best suited for families. Maximum occupancy of 6.
