This unique 4 bedroom/3 bath home features an open floor plan with wonderful views of Florida's forgotten coast. Each room was designed to provide maximum comfort with easy access to the beach side deck. Enjoy the sunrise from the front porch and relax the afternoons away while swinging with your favorite book in hand. Down Time provides you with your private and personal piece of heavenly white sands and a front row ticket to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Walk directly to the beach and enjoy watching the dolphins play in the surf or spend some time collecting shells along the sea shore. One of our favorite pleasures is enjoying an 'outside' hot or cold shower upon returning from the beach. Take advantage of the fully stocked two story kitchen to plan and prepare meals while discussing the days adventures. You will be sure to have a crowd gathered around the kitchen island for morning coffee, snacks and afternoon cocktails. There are two master bedrooms with king sized beds, one queen bedroom as well as a single with trundle. Our living room has a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping if needed. This home comes with many books to choose from, a game table for friendly competition and a large dinning room table capable of seating 10. New for the 2013 year we have added a 55'' LED flat screen to the living room along with new flat screen tv's for both master bedrooms in high definition. All with a touch of class, no question this home is a memory maker. Down Time is set up to take away the stress of life by offering some much needed........ Down Time!
