This is a beautiful house with Great Entertainments. It is a clean house with private pool, hot tub, and entertainment center. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is close to freeways, convenient stores, restaurants, and a lot more. The living room has a sofa and chair. The dining room has a wood counter height dining table set that can seat 8. The family room has a sofas, matching love seat and marble fireplace. The kitchen has refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range/oven and all the necessary eating items such as utensils, dishes, pots, and pans. The Family Room Entertainment features a 55' LED TV with satellite DVR, and Blu-ray player. Garage Game Room: 50' plasma TV, satellite DVR, Blu-ray player, Netflix streaming, Xbox 360 game console and Dolby digital sound system. There are 500 hundred of free Netflix movies and TV shows streaming on high speed broadband. Seating includes sofa and love seat. Xbox 360 free games include Halo 3, Guitar Hero III Legends of Rock, Guitar Hero Aerosmith, Dead or Alive 4, Perfect Dark, Call of Duty World at War , Fracture, and Ultimate Alliance. Also available is 7 foot air hockey table and 54' Foosball table. OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT: This patio features private heated in ground swimming pool, hot tub, and built-in gas BBQ. Patio furniture include Wicker dining set, matching Wicker conversation set, and matching new Wicker lounge chair. The entertainment rooms are the ideal places for kids as well as adults to relax with a movie, TV show, video games, or surf the internet after your long and hard day at the theme park, beach, or sightseeing. There are many large hand-painted oil painting throughout the house for your viewing pleasure. There is a notebook that contains description of some attraction, directions, & restaurants.
