Description

Our house is called '1st Class'. Our lovely multi-level home offers an ocean view and is just a short walk to the beach. Our home has everything you need - spacious living areas with a TV in every bedroom - open porches and private pool. Someone called our house the 'tree house' because of it's position among the neighboring treetops and great views. The elevator helps take your luggage and groceries easily to the floors above. The outdoor park style patio grill is on the pool deck which is a great spot for evening dinners. The outside shower helps wash the sand off the kids and keeps it out of the house. Our home is pet friendly - one dog only - maximum 50lbs please. The house is located in the gated community of the Plantation on St George Island. St. George Island is a paradise on a barrier island, surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and the Apalachicola Bay. The Plantation has a community pool, clubhouse with workout facilities and tennis courts. St George offers tranquility like you've never known. Pristine white-sand beaches, calming ocean waves, uncongested natural beauty. Bring your pet to one of the few beaches that allows pets. A fisherman's dream. Sheepshead, speckled trout, flounder, whiting, redfish, shark and tripletail in the bay; snapper, grouper, amberjack, sea bass, mackerel, mahi-mahi, cobia and sharks in the gulf.
