Our California Beach House is located in Redondo Beach known as the 'Riviera'. Just 10 miles south Los Angeles International airport, this quaint area by the sea offers a relaxed, laid back atmosphere just blocks from the Pacific Ocean! Our home is just a short 10 minute walk to the Riviera Village (and a short 5 minutes more to the beach), The 'Village' has so much to do, grab a coffee, have a bite at one of the many cafÃ©s and restaurants, shop till you drop, or just enjoy watching people. There is so many activities to choose from.Walk or bike to the beach or one of the local piers in Redondo, Hermosa, or Manhattan Beach. Take a Segway tour, or use one of our bikes to explore where the bike path will take you. All the way to Santa Monica. There is great entertainment and nightlife just minutes away. Comfortable large Den with a HD flat screen TV. Well appointed gourmet kitchen with open concept to the Dining Room and Living Room. Master Bedroom with King size bed, three additional rooms with two twin beds, two queen beds, and another queen bed. There is an office with a computer and internet access that leads out to a 1000sf roof top deck that beholds ocean views. The Master and on additional bedroom also open to the roof top deck area. Large grassy backyard, a deck with built in seating, and a BBQ to enjoy and relax the quiet sunny afternoons after a day of the beach or shopping. We are located just 20 minutes south of LAX Airport just off of Pacific Coast Hwy. 15 minutes from Donald Trump's National Golf Course, Terranea Resort & Spa, Palos Verdes Country Club (private), and Los Verdes Golf Course (public). 30 minutes to Downtown Los Angeles where you will find many Theaters, the Staples Center, Science and Space Museum. 45 minutes to Disneyland/California adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, and Six Flags Magic Mountain. Getty Museum. A little over 1 hour away the Ronald Reagan Museum and Library is a great place to look at history.
