BEST DEAL IN TOWN CHEAPER THAN A HOTEL AND RARELY A VACANCY!!! ADORABLE GINGERBREAD BEACH COTTAGE IN AWESOME LOCATION!!! Great off season rates rarely a vacancy and pets accepted. Best rates in La Jolla rarely have availability. Adorable 1920's storybook style beach cottages with private patio and full washer dryer in home. Front cottage has master bedroom has king size bed, upstairs loft style bedroom has one full bed and two twin beds and is perfect for older kids. Back cottage has two bedrooms two baths with two queen size beds. Both units have washer and dryer and fully stocked kitchen and located 1/2 block from Windansea beach. Dont' have pictures of back cottage online but is similar to front. I can email pictures if needed. Awesome deal much cheaper than a hotel and closer to the beach. Walk to shops, restaurants, coffee houses, beach, community pool and park. Great area for walking or bike riding. There is a bike trail close by. La Jolla High School is just up the street a couple of blocks with a public pool. La Jolla is known for its culture, museums, great restaurants, unique shops, beautiful beaches, seal preserve, great snorkeling and surfing areas. There is scuba diving at the La Jolla Cove Natural Reserve. La Jolla has many great beaches for surfing, swimming, boogie boarding and kayaking. Our cottage is only a 2 minute walk to World Famous Windansea Beach, a favorite local beach known for its great surfing and beautiful sunsets. La Jolla is also centrally located near the airport, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Old Town, Coronado Island, Lego Land, Balboa Park, Wild Animal Park, Sea Port Village, Carlsbad Flower fields etc. The Gingerbread Cottage is about 1/2 mile from the public L.J. Tennis Club and recreation center which has tennis courts, basketball courts, gym, and playground. The Gingerbread Cottage is great for families. It comfortably sleeps 6 people. There is a nice size living room with two fold out couches, large flat screen TV, fireplace and hard wood floors. The dining room has a table that will seat 6 people. The master has a king size bed with its own flat screen TV and DVD player. There is a full bath downstairs and a full kitchen plus laundry area with washer and dryer. The upstairs is a huge loft style bedroom that has a full size bed and two twin beds along with a TV and sitting area. It is perfect for older kids. The beach cottage comes fully equipped with sheets, blankets, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, soap, paper plates, napkins, etc. We also provide beach equipment like chairs, coolers, towels, beach toys, etc. The cottage is on a quiet one way street with very little traffic.
