Description

This is a beautiful private home in gated community of Stoney Point subdivision. There are gorgeous hardwoods, tall ceilings, granite counter tops, elaborate pool table with two dens and two kitchens. Each kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher and stove. Each den has plenty of seating and large flatscreen TV/direct tv with dvd players. This house sleeps 10 in beds and plenty of floor space for additional 8 if you bring your sleeping bags, plus a sleeper sofa in the sunroom. It is located in a neighborhood you will love taking walks or bike rides. In this neighborhood there is a boat ramp for your convenience to use and picnic area and playground for children. The swimming is safe being the house is located in a small cove. It's very private with a gentle sloping lot. This house also has a screened in porch and lower patio covered for shade. In case of storm, there is a safe room in basement. At night, use the portable fire pit and sit by the water and watch the stars. Provided for you is a very large charcoal grill. Cell service is good with T-Mobile and At&T, but none for Verizon. No internet at this point. Direct TV service is provided. There is one available boat slip. Bedroom 1-main level- King with private bathroom Bedroom 2- main level Queen-private bathroom Bedroom 3- downstairs-King-with private bathroom Bedroom 4- downstairs-Queen with private bathroom Additional sleeping on sleeper sofa in sunroom. Also two twin beds downstairs. Peak season (May-Sept): 3 night minimum, no Sat to Sat rentals Off-peak season (Oct-April): 2 night min. There is a five night minimum across July 4. There is 3 night minimum across other holiday weeks (Thanksgiving and Christmas)
