This three bedrooom unit has been recently repainted and redecorated. With new window coverings, appliances and lighting fixtures,this unit is unique and a step up compared to other properties in the Fairways. The furniture, wall art and amenities are of high quality. The decor is a tasteful island style inspired by the Mauna Lani resort. The first floor features a large living and dining area, newly furnished with a sectional sofa, Tommy Bahama wall unit and hardwood dining table. Also on the first floor is a large master bedroom suite that is completely private. It has a jacuzzi tub, separate shower, dual sinks, walk in closet and lanai. A carved teak king size bed with a pillow top mattress perfectly suits the space. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is completely appointed with everything a chef might need. The upstairs space is private with two additional spacious bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other two twin beds. The second floor bathroom has a shower/bath, The complex is located in the Mauna Lani resort area which has everything you could want or need. There are two championship golf courses. The Resort also has its own private access beach club and restaurant. There are a wide variety of fine eating establishments nearby. There is a Foodland grocery store within walking distance. Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and the Fairmont Orchid Hotel anchor the resort area. Both hotels have luxury spas just waiting to pamper you. They also boast a full range of dining from casual to four star restaurants. Play with the sand between your toes while sipping Mai Tai's during a fabulous Hawaiian sunset. The Fairways is one of the smallest complexes in the Mauna Lani resort area. The place is quiet. With fewer residents using the shared amenities, the pool/spa and fitness areas do not get crowded. The grounds are lovely with abundant tropical flowers and trees. The Fairways is meticulously maintained with an on-site grounds supervisor. We have a contracted concierge service available. You will be close to the great beaches of the Big Island. Mauna Lani Beach is a peaceful paradise with excellent swimming. The snorkeling is beautiful with abundant fish and turtles. Staying at our unit entitles our guests access to the beach club which will provide you with lounge chairs and towels. Hapuna Beach and Mauna Kea Beach, both fabulously scenic, are nearby. They are great for just relaxing but also have perfect surf for boogie boarding in the winter months. In the winter months you can watch the whales breaching from the shoreline. The active volcano on the south shore of the island is not to be missed. Come enjoy everything the Big Island has to offer. You will not want to leave.
