Minimum Rental: 3 Nights Villa Bella is a fabulous 3 BR/3 BA two-story townhouse. This end unit townhome 'lives' on the 2nd floor. The kitchen, dining and living areas are all open to each other in a great room with a gorgeous vaulted ceiling. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on this upper level including the master suite with ensuite bath. A small balcony off the great room overlooks the marina and provides wonderful tropical views including the ocean. There are two spiral stair cases from the ground level to the 2nd floor - one inside the unit and one outside. The ground level rooms offer a 3rd bedroom and bath plus another family room with a mini kitchen/bar area and a wall of sliding doors to an oversized outside patio overlooking the marina. If you will be bringing your boat, although not guaranteed, it may be possible to arrange dockage separately from an individual owner. A boat and trailer may be parked on the property on a first come first serve basis. This complex offers tennis courts, swimming pool, saltwater swimming lagoon, childrenâs playground and sandy beach area. This is a perfect location for a family getaway. Bedding is Queen, Queen, Queen, Futon, and Futon. Rate Details: Rent is $250 to $289/night with a 3 night minimum in the off season and 7 night minimum during holidays, $1350 to $1734/week depending on season, or $4125/month any month. The fees are the same no matter the length of your stay. Additional Charges: $200 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee; $45 accidental damage insurance; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $500. Utility Caps/Mo: $250 electricity (Applies only to monthly rentals). Pet Fees: Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. The pet fee is $150 per pet plus an additional $100 per pet security deposit. Travel Insurance: This is an optional service we offer through a national travel insurance provider.
