The town house consists of three levels with the garage and a huge bonus room on the first floor, the living areas, kitchen, washer/dryer, and half bath on the second, and 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the third. There is a view of the ocean from the 2nd and 3rd floors. It is nicely furnished with wood laminant on the second floor and carpet on the third. The first floor garage is spacious, with plenty of room for the car and toys, and there is an outside shower for when you return from the beach. The second floor living areas include two balconies one looking at the ocean and the other west over the neighborhood. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens out to the living area. On the top floor are 2 bedrooms and two baths. The master faces the ocean and has a view of the surf from the room and balcony. It has a connecting bath with tub and shower. The second bedroom is of about equal size and looks out to the west over the neighborhood. Both have queen size beds.
