This South corner condo gets lots of light and has incredible East, West, and South views of the Atlantic Ocean and Indian River. This condo is our luxurious second home, NOT a bargain basement weekly rental. It is recently redecorated, and very clean. It's so well equipped that all you need to bring is your clothing and personal items and you'll have the home away from home most people dream of. We even have our own wireless internet access, HP Tablet, and network connected HP printer/scanner/copier in the unit! UNIT FEATURES: Entry Way - Bright and Airy tiled private entry just adjacent to the elevator at the 6th floor. Kitchen - Spacious Kitchen with Large 2-door Fridge/Freezer, Electric Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Keurig, Fully equipped with the large and small, normal and unusual items you need to prepare, cook, and serve just about any dish you'd want to. The kitchen also has a small TV w/cable that can be easily moved to a different room. Laundry Area - Tiled laundry inside the unit with large capacity washer and dryer. Dining Area - with a large table that expands with a 2 leafs and padded chairs, China Cabinet and Buffet. Living Room - carpeted, with sofa, and 2 easy chairs with ottomans, accommodates up to 5-6 people comfortably (more using dining and other chairs). This furniture is not nasty old rental unit items; it's clean, supportive and very comfortable! A cooling ceiling fan, plus a large web enabled flat-screen TV with with cable, plus incredible views of the Atlantic and Intercoastal/Indian River through East and West facing patio windows with sliding doors opening to the large balconies. Balcony â 2 large balconies with East, South, and West views of the Atlantic and Intercoastal/Indian River. The West balcony table/chairs seat 3 for casual dining, reading, relaxing, or that important morning cup of coffee. The East balcony has 1 chair and side table. (The outdoor furniture can easily be moved between the balconies for entertaining and additional folding outdoor chairs are provided.) Electric Grill and Cedar Planks for grilling are provided. Master Bedroom with Queen Bed and full dresser, bureau, 2 night stands, recliner, and web enabled Flat Screen TV with cable. The Master has a large walk-in closet, a ceiling fan, and window facing the ocean, plus sliding doors opening to the balcony. All linens were replaced in August 2013 - new sheets, new comforter, etc. Master Bath - Attached to the master bedroom, provides a full vanity with 2 sinks, a spacious walk-in shower with glass enclosure, and large tub. Towels, beach towels, bath rugs provided are very good quality, thick and plush items. 2nd Bath - off the tiled entry way, this bath has a large single vanity, shower combination with glass doors, and a nicely sized linen closet. All towels and bath rugs are good quality, thick and plush items. 2nd Bedroom - Has a queen bed with new linens, a full dresser, nicely sized closet, and a flat screen TB with cable. A Ceiling fan and a window providing great views of the sunset over the intercoastal/Indian River make this bedroom a great place for a nap, or to read a book. Again, comforter and sheets were replaced in August 2013. 3rd bedroom/den/office - A Ceiling fan and a window providing great views of the sunset over the intercoastal/Indian River make this room a great place to relax and is equipped with a sleeper sofa, large desk, and a large closet, make this a great space for extra visitors / kids / grand kids. Network connect HP 6600 printer/scanner/copier is included. Garage - A single-car private garage is included, with automatic remote-controlled opener. Miscellaneous beach gear, lawn toys, beach chairs, etc are stored in the garage. SEA
