The first floor of this home is available for rent as the owners occasionally use the upstairs. The back yard and front yard are for private use for you, the renter. There is a pool, a built in gas barbecue and a large wooden deck with a view of the ocean...actually, a peak-view can be viewed from every room in the house. Family friendly. Pets welcome with owner approval. This child-friendly house is located in the quaint area of La Jolla called Bird Rock and it is walking distance to the beach, the restaurants, the grocery store, coffee houses and shops on the main street of Bird Rock. It is 3 miles from Sea World, 2 miles from Mission Bay, and ten miles to downtown San Diego, Balboa Park and The San Diego Zoo. We have left a book at the house with all the restaurants, activities, coffee houses, walking trails, theme parks, beaches, etc. and have made note on items that are most child-friendly. Nearby activities/attractions: Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, The Village La Jolla, Coronado, Sport Fishing, Golf, Belmont Park, surfing, Torrey Pines State Park walking trails, biking etc. Walk to: grocery store, restaurants, coffee houses, beach, parks Keywords: cottage, cute, seaside, beach, ocean
