Description

(Note--if you enter a monthly time period that is less than 30 days, the special monthly rate will not be applied, but if you send me a request, I will send you a proper quote). A beach-like atmosphere, beautifully renovated with Key West colors and pool-side dining. Two bedrooms--master bedroom with king bed and guest room with queen bed. Also available for extra guests: pull out queen sofa or two cotton futons. Two full baths. Gourmet, contemporary kitchen, casual dining. Tastefully decorated living room with large screen TV. Fully equipped laundry room. We also have two bikes available for guest use. Guests have private and exclusive use of the main house and pool. Private studio and garage are used for storage--occasionally the host will be present, occupying the private studio. With a separate entrance to the studio through the garage, the only shared space in rare case of host-residence is the laundry room. We interact with guests only based on their interest level--we are happy to provide information about amenities and nearby activities, but also respect and value your privacy and will only provide input as requested! Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood near St. Lucie West, minutes to Interstate 95 and Florida Turnpike. A great home-base for enjoying Florida's celebrated surf spots at Ft. Pierce Inlet State Park and Jensen Beach, just 20 min away. Also visit the weekly farmer's market in Ft. Pierce, or eat seafood by the water in Jensen Beach. Stroll through the artwalk in the quaint nearby town of Stuart, or visit beautiful Stuart beaches. Play golf or tennis at PGA Village 'The Premier South Florida Golf Resort.' Check out the nearby Mets Practice Stadium, take a bike-ride to Oxbow Eco center and walk through the wild palms, or enjoy River Lilly Cruises 'Wildlife Eco Tours.' Treat yourself to a shopping and spa day at nearby Tradition Square, or shop the world class Gardens Mall in Palm Beach just 40 min away. On a lazy day stay home and swim and lounge at your own private pool! (Authentic Italian lasagna and cannoli are just minutes away at Bella-Roma Bakery and Italian Market.) The home is in a neighborhood of lovely Florida homes of all ages: musicians, teachers, landscape designers, newly-weds, retirees...there are children but the area is very quiet and private. Occasionally the ice cream truck tunes can be heard in the distance...
