I am seeking guests NOW to December 30th. This UNIT usually has a 60 day minimum bur for fall we can do a minimum 30 day contract once we have discussed the terms. Multiple month stays welcomed and desired. This area is a wonderful place to spend Fall, Thanksgiving and Christmas through December 30th NOTE: The condo is booked from January 1 to March 31, 2015 FREE Wi-Fi and BASIC cable. IF you order movies, Pay per View or Movie channels you will pay for those options when I receive the cable bill each month. Electric is billed to you once I receive the bill except for my Winter Guests (Winter guests are those staying January 1st to the end of March) IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT CHILDREN: This unit sleeps can 4 adults. We NO longer allow more than 1 child since there is NO sleeping arrangements for multiple children. If you are serious about renting this unit and have two children of the same gender then please contact me for details regarding children so we can discuss this issue. Please understand this an insurance issue/liability issue NOT me disliking children. CORPORATE RATES are available directly from owner. This lovely spacious ground floor split master condo is beautifully laid out. The condo features 2 very private bedroom suites both with large bathrooms. The Master bedroom suite faces the golf course. The doorways to both bedrooms suites have sliding pocket doors to make them totally private from the rest of the condo. The walls throughout the condo are a very pale soft yellow...my photographs do not do them justice as I am not the world's best photographer. The Master bedroom suite looks out on the golf course, has a screened patio with sliding doors from the bedroom to the patio (this patio has chairs). This bedroom has an extremely large walk-in closet, and huge bathroom directly off the bedroom area with a linen closet, large jetted tub and a handheld shower head. The bedroom has queen size bedroom set, chair, reading lamp and 32 inch flat screen TV. The 2nd bedroom suite has a small hallway connecting the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a Queen size bed and matching furniture, a screened patio with sliding glass doors and a 26 inch flat screen TV. It's bathroom has a regular tub with sliding glass shower doors, a hand held shower and a linen closet. NOTE: there is NO walk-in shower in the condo. The Kitchen is fully equipped with nice appliances including a washer and dryer. Revere-Ware pots with lids, 2 non stick skillets, Toaster oven with convention feature, 12 cup coffee maker, 2 sets of dishes both will serve 6, glassware, flatware, cooking utensils, small electric hand mixer, cookbooks, large pantry, overhead fan, recessed ceiling lighting, and a new large George Foreman tabletop Grill. We also have a small two burner propane grill if you want to borrow it. The great room features a dining area with wet bar and mirror, beverage glasses and a large round glass top table with 4 comfortable chairs and a serving table with mirror. The living room area has an Italian leather sofa and love seat set, and a 42 inch HD flat screen TV with Blue-Ray DVD player. Secure FREE WiFi available--we will provide you the code. There is a CD Radio Cassette combo in the living room for your listening pleasure so please bring your favorite tunes with you. This unit also has a iPod hookup and an MP 3 jack. It has excellent sound reproduction. There is a small selection of CD's in the unit. The condo has some interesting books and periodicals. PET OWNERS please read this carefully--thanks. My unit is Pet friendly, the Maximum # of pets is 2, we prefer small dogs. There is a $125 per pet NON-REFUNDABLE pet deposit. DE-CLAWED cats will be considered on a case by case basis. My insurance regulations do not allow me to accept Pit Bulls or mixed pit bull related breeds, Chows, Dobermans, or German Shepherd dogs or dogs with those breeds in mixed in them if the pet is of mixed breed.
