This beautiful Tennis Villa in the lush gated Village of Sea Oaks on Vero Beach is the perfect place to escape for rest and relaxation. Located in a beautiful natural oak hammock on the barrier island, it's a two minute walk from the private beach and only a short walk from the Intracoastal Waterway. This two bedroom, two full bathroom villa has 12 foot ceilings throughout and lots and lots of glass in every room, overlooking tropical gardens of live oak, palm trees, and flowers. It feels like a tropical treehouse! The villa is beautifully furnished and completely equipped for a wonderful get-away. The villa features a screened-in sun porch surrounded by lush tropical trees, a large fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room, and living room. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, and a lounge area with comfy chair and desk. The master bath has a spacious walk-in closet, stall shower and oversized sunken tub, and a double sink vanity. The second bedroom has its own full bath and two twin beds that can be placed together as a king bed or separated, as desired. The completely furnished unit also includes dishwasher, washer and dryer, two TVs, ceiling fans in every room, full WiFi coverage, very generous closet space, and much more. The villa is less than 100 yards from a private pool and 200 yards from the Tennis/health Club and its 16 championship clay tennis courts. Itâs just a short walk to the Beach Club overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Vero Beach's strict zoning allows a maximum building height of only three stories- so views are preserved and density is extremely low. Vero has excellent shopping and dining; specialty shops, outlet malls, and many outstanding restaurants to choose from. Great fishing, golfing, and water sports throughout the area. Orlando Airport, Disney World, Universal Studios, and other attractions are only 90 minutes away, and the Kennedy Space Center 60 minutes away. Palm Beach is also 60 minutes away for additional fine dining, shopping, fine arts theater, and airport. Sebastian Inlet seven miles. Vero's Central Beach neighborhood, ten minutes away, is a quaint beach town, and everything is within a few blocks- great restaurants, sports bar, upscale shopping, groceries, and the post office. Vero is also the winter home of the Los Angeles Dodgers.
