Beautiful home located in the Plantation on St. George Island very close to Bob Sikes Cut. Community dock with deep water access. Keep your boat at your back door and be just minutes to the Gulf of Mexico. Community screened in swimming pool makes it nice to relax and swim when the family wants a break from the beautiful beach which is just a few hundred feet down the conveniently located path right behind the house. Brand new appliances. Master bedroom has a king bed. Two of the spare bedrooms have queens. Upstairs loft has a full size futon and in the living room is a queen pull out sofa. When you come in from a long successful day of fishing, clean your fish at our newly built fish cleaning station under the house. After that, grab a cocktail and enjoy the beautiful sunset over the Apalachicola Bay on the deep water dock.
