Dearmancorp Properties Newest Vacation Rental, 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath cozy 1000 sq ft. charmer decorated in beach cabin fashion. Completey remodeled from top to bottom. One of the nicest 2 bedrooms in all of Orange Beach! The Unit features Driftwood Tile throughout, ceiling fans in the living, bedroom, and balcony areas. Central Heat and Cold AC for your mid day naps. Custom Imported Granite counter tops in the kitchen as well as all stainless appliances. The Master and Guest bedrooms feature beds made from reclaimed wood to match the unit's rustic charm. This Condo, 'Beach Cabin', features a combination of new furniture and custom items made from reclaimed materials as well as featuring art from many local artists! From the balcony you can enjoy views of the Gulf and beach across the street or watch the dolphins and local fisherman as they begin their day on Ole River at the rear of the property. The balcony faces west which offers shaded views in the morning and exquisite views of the sunset in the afternoons. All windows in the 'Beach Cabin' have treatments as wood blinds in the living areas and a combination of wood blinds and curtains in the bedroom areas. The bedrooms also feature walk-in closets and dressers for plenty of room to store your items for your long stays. The 'Beach Cabin' has a capability of sleeping six with a queen size bed in the Master Bedroom, two twin size beds in the Guest Bedroom, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the Living Room. The Master bath was customized with a large stand up shower featuring subway and glass tile, a frameless custom door, and a pebble stone floor. Both baths include new height assist toilets as well as new cabinetry and all new fixtures. The Guest bath utilizes a new 16' deep tub shower surrounded by whitewash wood and glass tile. The complex offers endless amenities for those looking for relaxation or an active vacation. The swimming pool is great for adults and children alike offering plenty of room to socialize or lounge. Jubilee Landing also provides first come boat slips available to all guests looking for that large Redfish or just a day on the Jet Skis! The pier also offers a fish cleaning table, plenty of room for pier fishing, and a 2nd floor patio to enjoy the river views. Our BBQ area is just off to the side of the swimming pool and provides plenty of seating while you fire up the charcoal! Across the street you will find a fairly hidden path that leads you to your quiet undeveloped Gulf beach, Jubilee has deeded access to this area allowing you to enjoy the surf without the crowds.
