The mountain views are spectacular from any of our 3 patios, bordered with lush flowers, roses, palms and bougainvillea. A resort style, salt-water pool offers a tanning shelf, gas fire pit and spa in the private backyard. Add the beautiful built in gas BBQ and ample outdoor furnishings and you have a recipe for delightful al fresco dinning. House: It includes two master bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, cathedral ceilings, an open great room and a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops. Both bedroom suites have their own TV, walk in closet, shower and dual sinks. The main bedroom includes the additional luxuries of a king size Tempur-Pedic mattress and a roman bath. The great room is equipped with an HD TV, a Blue Ray disk player, a stereo with a CD player, and an expansive sleeper sofa with a double bed. The wireless internet, computer printer and phone give you the means to determine and plan your activities. Yard: The mountain views are spectacular from any of our 3 patios, bordered with lush flowers, roses, palms and bougainvillea. Garage: Owners vehicle will be in garage so parking is limited to in front of garage (one car only) or in off street parking at the lap pool 200 feet from the house.
