At this time we can only book monthly rentals. It is with great sadness that we are no longer able to advertise our home for rentals less than 30 days. This is due to recent changes to our neighborhood bylaws. Over the last couple years we have enjoyed sharing our beautiful home with so many of our wonderful guests. Our guests have become friends and family to us, so this comes with a heavy heart. There is a growing climate of intolerance towards vacation rentals in Palm Springs and the surrounding areas. Neighborhood by neighborhood,they are attempting to pass rental restrictions in their community bylaws. We have a few of these anti-vacation rental advocates in our neighborhood, and they finally garnered the votes to prohibit the offering of short-term vacation rentals in our neighborhood. We have always had the most outstanding and respectable guests stay with us over the years, and it is with great sadness that they have been characterized as Animal House Partiers to get this new rule passed. Recent changes to California Civil Code 4740 has opened the flood gates for these types of actions. Hopefully our California legislators will see the error in their ways and Palm Springs will be able to continue to offer its open arms to vacationers down the road.
