This exquisite three bedroom, three bath condominium features high end furnishings and uniquely decorative accessories throughout. Every room affords spectacular views and uncompromising comfort. The living, dining and kitchen area is completely open and offers unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. From the plush furnishings, two full size sofas in living room, the wall mounted Samsung 55 inch LCD television and blu-ray DVD player, the unique drift wood dining table that seats six, to the large granite kitchen island, breakfast bar, and convenient mirrored wet bar, the whole area invites you to relax and enjoy its comfort and spaciousness. The kitchen is fully equipped and features state-of-the-art appliances, including a side-by-side stainless steel refrigerator with ice and water in the door, fully electric range, microwave, dishwasher, and full size washer and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities and then some.... blender, coffee maker, 4-slice toaster, and even a crock pot. The master bedroom suite also opens to the large Gulf front balcony. The furniture is over-sized and casually elegant, including a king-size, plush Serta Vera Wang bed, two night tables with lamps, a clock/radio/CD player, and a wall-mounted 47 inch LCD TV and blu-ray DVD player. The master bath features a marble double sink vanity area with custom aged wood cabinetry, an exquisite custom tile and glass oversized shower with bench, and a huge walk-in closet. All of the bathrooms benefit from a 90 gallon hot water heater which is twice the size of most condo water heaters. The second bedroom, a junior suite with its own full sized bath with separate dressing area and walk-in closet may evoke the feeling of a tropical oasis. Guests are engulfed in a swirl of calming blue serenity, and can stretch out and enjoy the king size bed, as well as their own wall mounted 40 inch LCD TV and its own Blu-ray/ DVD player. The third bedroom offers a similarly peaceful aura with its swirls of tranquil green and contrasting vibrant bed coverings and artwork. It features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, wall mounted 40 inch LCD TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, and private entrance to the third bath. Each of these bedrooms offer their own beautiful scenic views of Cotton Bayou. The view from the enormous Gulf front balcony is spectacular in every direction. Allow yourself to take in the fresh Gulf air and immerse your spirit into the spectrum of aqua and emerald water that stretches as far as the eye can see. You can enjoy your coffee in the mornings and perhaps a glass of wine in the evening while you scan the water for the dolphins.
