This beautiful Townhome sits a short walk across a quiet deadend street to the beach! The house has all of the gear you need for any adventure as it has bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs and much more! It is a three bedroom townhome that sits in the Ocean Woods community on the north side of Cape Canaveral with access to a long stretch of the beautiful sandy beach. Guests also have access to two shared swimming pools and recreation area with tennis and racquetball courts. The townhouse is very close to Port Canaveral where the Banana River and the ocean meet via the Canaveral Locks. You can often see Sea Turtles and other Sea Birds down near Jetty Park on the Pier! It is also a great spot to fish or to launch a boat for fishing excursions in the river or ocean. First floor area: A tiled Front room with day bed (sleeps 2) and a 1/2 bath. There is a game cabinet, book shelf and VHS/DVD selection. A small tv sits on the bookshelf in this room, mainly for VHS videos. A linen closet stocked with beach towels. It's a pleasant room filled with beach art. A living room with 36' flat screen TV with DVD /VHS player. There are two comfortable recliners and a large couch to stretch out on and relax. The kitchen/dining area is updated and modern. The kitchen has all the conveniences. The dining area seats 6. A nice sliding glass door takes you into the outdoor area. The outside area has a screened in porch with table and chairs and a fenced in area to enjoy the outdoors. Second floor: The carpeted master bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet and full bath, sliding glass doors with an upstairs balcony. A small tv and am/fm radio. Guest bedroom #1 has a queen bed and large closet. Guest bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds. A TV and VHS/DVD combo player, kids toys and nite lite with lots of shelf space. Linen closet in the hall. Full bathroom with a new washer and dryer. There is an attached one car garage and use of one parking space on this deadend street.
