House is close to Pasadena and Los Angeles and centrally located to all of Los Angeles' attractions. Bedrooms are on the upper level. Lower level consists of the kitchen, dining room, 2 living rooms and a half bathroom (power room). Spacious 2-level Condo features 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. 3 Bedrooms: Master bedroom suite (sleeps 2): 1 King size bed Bedroom #1 (sleeps 2): 2 Twin size beds Bedroom #2 (sleeps 3): 1 bunk bed (Full size and Twin size up top) House has 2 full bathrooms and one half bath so there is less waiting and more vacationing! Guests have access to the community outdoor courtyard with chairs and tables, a BBQ area and a gym. Courtyard, BBQ area and gym are shared with other residents of the community. Dedicated parking (1 space) is located underground and there is elevator from underground parking to the house level. Wi-fi internet, TV, DVD player and computer are provided. Washer and dryer is inside the house (located in the upper level).
