The beautiful, solid cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite counters make eating at home a treat! The kitchen also includes a separate bar area that boasts both a wine chiller and beverage refrigerator to ensure you have plenty of room for cool drinks! All of the bedrooms have comfortable mattresses, pillows, designer linens and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet, king bed with a separate sitting area with sliders to the pool. The en-suite master bath features a gorgeous and very large walk-in marble shower with bench and separate hand sprayer. The bathroom also includes a jetted tub and double sinks. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a queen and double bed respectively. They share a gorgeous marble bathroom with tub/shower. The large living room has over sized, comfortable furniture and a 50' LCD TV. The bright, sun filled dinning/sitting room looks out to the pool and accommodates 6-8 for dinner. The large fenced-in backyard features a large, recently renovated pool with a 1500 sq. foot travertine patio. The yard also has an outdoor shower, two outdoor dining areas and lots of loungers and chairs so you can get the perfect tan! There are also 2 large umbrella's if you prefer the shade. The home is only two blocks from the beach and one block from the intercoastal waterway so it has a lovely breeze. It's a easy walk to a community park which features tennis and basketball courts, picnic and boat launch facilities as well as a playground for children. There is room at the house to park a boat. The island boast multiple beaches, parks, bike trails and some of the best fishing in the country. There are several great restaurants with-in a mile of our home. The downtown Fort Pierce area is a quick 10 minute drive and offers more restaurants, shopping, day spa's, museums, and the famous 'Sunrise' Theater.
