Mountain Property right off paved road easy access and private parking. This home is perfect for everything from a romantic getaway for two (honeymooners) or a family or holiday gathering. Close to Staunton State Park and Pike National Forest. Located 35 minutes from Denver and one hour to skiing, just off Hwy 285 between Conifer and Bailey. Master bedroom has a Queen size bed looking out to the beautiful ponds below the property as well as a set of twin size bunk beds with stair case access. Second bedroom has a full size captain??s bed as well as full size bunk beds with staircase access and trundle bed. Living room offers great seating and conversation areas as well as two hide a beds one full and one twin size with upgraded temperpedic mattresses. Living room also has an electric fireplace for those cool mountain evenings and beautiful holiday settings. The sun room is a beautiful place to have your morning coffee, or lounge and read a book and enjoy the beautiful views and wildlife this area has to offer. It also has a queen size sofa sleeper with temperpedic mattress for those wanting to sleep comfortably while feeling as though they are sleeping in the great outdoors. The eat in kitchen features new stove, refrigerator and microwave as well as dishwasher and slate counter tops. It is also equipped with coffee maker, blender, cookware, toaster, utensils and just about anything else you might find in your own kitchen. Pack and Play crib and high chair are also available to make your family vacation a little smoother. The oversized heated garage is a great place to hang out and play a game of pool or ping pong or for storing your mountain bikes, kayak, snowboards etc. Relax out on the paver patio just outside the large sunroom and overlook the ponds below the property as the sun rises or sets, if you are lucky one of our resident foxes or deer will likely join you in the early morning or evening hours to enjoy the views as well. There is an abundance of wildlife in the area. The property is close to just about everything that Colorado has to offer yet set in the quiet valley below Elk Falls.
