'Knee Deep' is what a beach house was meant to be! Designed with a guest's comfort and enjoyment in mind, it offers delightful decor, two living areas, a terrific game room and the privacy that can only be afforded by the St. George Plantation. On the first level, two queen master suites offer direct deck access. A third queen bedroom is also open to the deck and it shares a Jack & Jill bath with the fourth queen bedroom. Each bedroom has a TV in addition to the 40' flat screen in the sitting area. A DVD player and Playstation 3 is also provided. The main living/dining/kitchen area is located on the second level. Tile floors, a spacious kitchen and a very large flat screen TV with DVD player are featured and a sizeable DVD library is available. Enjoy the sounds of nature on either the covered or sundeck situated just off this area. A master suite with a jetted tub and separate shower are also located on this level. When indoor fun is on the agenda, travel to the top level and compete in a game of billiards, play a spirited game of cards at the table or relax on the deck. This room is equipped with a stereo, wet bar, microwave and coffee maker, too. The Plantation clubhouse with fitness center, community pool and tennis courts are just a short two block bike ride away. A path to the beautiful, white sandy beaches is right out the door.
