We just had a cancelation for season 2015 because our tenant purchased a home instead. We are looking for a three month minimum rental only please. If you are looking for a place to relax and play, this is it. When you arrive at Sea Oaks (gated community), you will first be struck by gorgeous homes nestled amongst colorful, mature, native plants. When you arrive at this residence, you will feel right at home amongst the spacious and newly renovated three bedrooms and three and a half baths attentively decorated and well-appointed. While you are unpacking, you will feel instantly relaxed but anxious to see all that Sea Oaks has to offer - including the semi-private pool and hot tub 40 feet from your back door (16 in the whole community), the five star tennis complex begging for you to enter competitive play, the club house with fine and casual dining, and, last but not least, the incredible beaches and beach-side pool. Make yourself a quick snack in the well appointed full kitchen, and head out for a walk on the beach to find sea shells, sea turtle nests, or casual conversation with fellow beach-goers. Later, have some friends over to enjoy dinner, or head out to a gourmet meal at one of the many fine dining establishments in town. Fall into bed in any one of the three bedrooms boasting a king, queen and two twin beds.
