Come and enjoy this wonderful condo. This condo is an end unit with windows in every room. It is full of light and wonderful views. The master bedroom with a king size bed and a privet balcony over looking the Indian river. The master bath has a walk in shower, juciez tub And walk in closet. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds, 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds all with pillow top mattress. There many towels and linens supplied. The kitchen is fully equipped with many pots and pans and appliances that you will need to cook wonderful meals. There is place setting for 12. Even espresso pot and cups. Granit counters through out the condo. In the kitchen there is seating for 5 at the bar height counter top. The dinning room can sit 6 and expands to sit 8, ( table clothes supplied ). Living room with 42รข flat panel tv for you enjoyment and dvd player. All Bed rooms have TV. The balcony off the living area over looks the tennis courts, shuffle board and Rec. building with pool. You can see the ocean from the balcony and living room windows. There is a short walk to either pool.. The privet beach walk way is very close and there is a rinse off shower for convinces. This is a no drive beach. For your beach use beach towels, blankets, chairs, umbrellas and beach bag to use. The 78-acre Oceanwalk Condominium Complex is a luxury gated community of about 15, 6-story buildings with extensive resort amenities - two clubhouses with social area (WiFi too), fire pit, 2 exercise facilities, dry sauna, poolside whirlpool spa, two large heated swimming pools, ping pong, putting green, bocce court, basketball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, 1.2 mile boardwalk & nature trail, beach access directly across street, kayak dock, 9 seat private movie theater.
