This wonderful condo feels like a private home with spacious living areas, bedrooms and large baths. The gourmet kitchen, dining ,living area opens to a spacious lanai with built-in outdoor Wolf gas grill and BBQ area, with outdoor covered dining. Views are panoramic with unobstructed ocean views, sunset, coast, golf course and mountains. Furnished with Asian, New Orleans and French country antiques, gourmet kitchen, wood shutters and sunscreen blinds to allow room darkening and complete privacy. Fax, copier, printer and iPod player in unit. We have a Nitendo Wii. Daily maid service available. 3 bedrooms, 2 are master suites with in-suite full bath, walk-in shower, separate soaking tub, water closet and double vanity. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a sleigh bed. Bath is right outside bedroom door. Television in each bedroom and in family room. High speed Wifi. All bedrooms have plantation shutters which are a wonderful addition. Great breezes from the trades and central AC when you want to cool down more. Our kitchen is exceptionally furnished and stocked. Our family are foodies and our kitchens reflect that. You can be on the golf course, tennis courts or beach in less than 5 minutes. Unit is on the premiere Hapuna Prince 18 hole golf course. The tennis courts at the Mauna Kea are consistently ranked in the top in the US and are right on the ocean. The Mauna Kea and Hapuna Prince beaches are the best on the Big Island and some of the best in the world. Consistently rated in the top beaches in US. Amenities center 1 minute walk with salt-water infinity pool, Jacuzzi and exercise center.
